अनुच्छेद 212. न्यायालयों द्वारा विधान-मंडल की कार्यवाहियों की जाँच न किया जाना—
(1) राज्य के विधान-मंडल की किसी कार्यवाही की विधिमान्यता को प्रक्रिया की किसी अभिकथित अनियमितता के आधार पर प्रश्नगत नहीं किया जाएगा।
(2) राज्य के विधान-मंडल का कोई अधिकारी या सदस्य, जिसमें इस संविधान द्वारा या इसके अधीन उस विधान-मंडल में प्रक्रिया या कार्य संचालन का विनियमन करने की अथवा व्यवस्था बनाए रखने की शक्तियाँ निहित हैं, उन शक्तियों के अपने द्वारा प्रयोग के विषय में किसी न्यायालय की अधिकारिता के अधीन नहीं होगा।

Article 212. Courts not to inquire into proceedings of the Legislature—
(1) The validity of any proceedings in the Legislature of a State shall not be called in question on the ground of any alleged irregularity of procedure.
(2) No officer or member of the Legislature of a State in whom powers are vested by or under this Constitution for regulating procedure or the conduct of business, or for maintaining order, in the Legislature shall be subject to the jurisdiction of any court in respect of the exercise by him of those powers.
