अनुच्छेद 243यझ. सहकारी समितियों का निगमन— इस भाग के उपबंधों के अधीन रहते हुए, किसी राज्य का विधान-मंडल, विधि द्वारा, स्वैच्छिक विरचना, लोकतांत्रिक सदस्य- नियंत्रण, सदस्य-आर्थिक भागीदारी और स्वशासी कार्यकरण के सिद्धांतों पर आधारित सहकारी सोसाइटियों के निगमन, विनियमन और परिसमापन के संबंध में उपबंध कर सकेगा।

Article 243ZI . Incorporation of co-operative societies— Subject to the provisions of this Part, the Legislature of a State may, by law, make provisions with respect to the incorporation, regulation and winding up of co-operative societies based on the principles of voluntary formation, democratic member-control, member-economic participation and autonomous functioning.
