¹[अनुच्छेद 43क. उद्योगों के प्रबंध में कर्मकारों का भाग लेना— राज्य किसी उद्योग में लगे हुए उपक्रमों, स्थापनों या अन्य संगठनों के प्रबंध में कर्मकारों का भाग लेना सुनिश्चित करने के लिए उपयुक्त विधान द्वारा या किसी अन्य रीति से कदम उठाएगा।]

¹[Article 43A. Participation of workers in management of industries— The State shall take steps, by suitable legislation or in any other way, to secure the participation of workers in the management of under-takings, establishments or other organisation engaged in any industry.]
