अनुच्छेद 24. कारखानों आदि में बालकों के नियोजन का प्रतिषेध— चौदह वर्ष से कम आयु के किसी बालक को किसी कारखाने या खान में काम करने के लिए नियोजित नहीं किया जाएगा या किसी अन्य परिसंकटमय नियोजन में नहीं लगाया जाएगा।

Article 24. Prohibition of employment of children in factories, etc.— No child below the age of fourteen years shall be employed to work in any factory or mine or engaged in any other hazardous employment.
