अनुच्छेद 272. कर जो संघ द्वारा उद्‌गृहीत और संगृहीत किए जाते हैं तथा जो संघ और राज्यों के बीच वितरित किए जा सकेंगे। [संविधान (अस्सीवाँ संशोधन) अधिनियम, 2000 की धारा 4 द्वारा (9-6-2000 से) लोप किया गया।]
