अनुच्छेद 394. प्रारंभ— यह अनुच्छेद और अनुच्छेद 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 60, 324, 366, 367, 379, 380, 388, 391, 392 और 393 तुरन्त प्रवृत्त होंगे और इस संविधान के शेष उपबंध 26 जनवरी, 1950 को प्रवृत्त होंगे जो दिन इस संविधान में इस संविधान के प्रारंभ के रूप में निर्दिष्ट किया गया है।

Article 394. Commencement— This article and articles 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 60, 324, 366, 367, 379, 380, 388, 391, 392 and 393 shall come into force at once, and the remaining provisions of this Constitution shall come into force on the twenty-sixth day of January, 1950, which day is referred to in this Constitution as the commencement of this Constitution.
