अनुच्छेद 218. उच्चतम न्यायालय से संबंधित कुछ उपबंधों का उच्च न्यायालयों को लागू होना— अनुच्छेद 124 के खंड (4) और खंड (5) के उपबंध, जहाँ-जहाँ उनमें उच्चतम न्यायालय के प्रति निर्देश है वहाँ-वहाँ उच्च न्यायालय के प्रति निर्देश प्रतिस्थापित करके, उच्च न्यायालय के संबंध में वैसे ही लागू होंगे जैसे वे उच्चतम न्यायालय के संबंध में लागू होते हैं।

Article 218. Application of certain provisions relating to Supreme Court to High Courts— The provisions of clauses (4) and (5) of article 124 shall apply in relation to a High Court as they apply in relation to the Supreme Court with the substitution of references to the High Court for references to the Supreme Court.
