¹[अनुच्छेद 359क. इस भाग का पंजाब राज्य को लागू होना।]— संविधान (तिरसठवाँ संशोधन) अधिनियम, 1989 की धारा 3 द्वारा (6-1-1990 से प्रभावी) लोप किया गया।

¹संविधान (उनसठवाँ संशोधन) अधिनियम, 1988 की धारा 3 द्वारा (30-3-1988 से प्रभावी) अंतःस्थापित। यह, उस अधिनियम के प्रारंभ से, अर्थात् 1988 के मार्च के तीसवें दिन से दो वर्ष की अवधि की समाप्ति के पश्चात् प्रवृत्त नहीं रहेगी।

¹Ins. by the Constitution (Fifty-ninth Amendment) Act, 1988, s. 3 (w.e.f. 30-3-1988) and ceased to operate on the expiry of a period of two years from the commencement of that Act, i.e. 30th day of March, 1988.
