अनुच्छेद 42. काम की न्यायसंगत और मानवोचित दशाओं का तथा प्रसूति सहायता का उपबंध— राज्य काम की न्यायसंगत और मानवोचित दशाओं को सुनिश्चित करने के लिए और प्रसूति सहायता के लिए उपबंध करेगा।
