अनुच्छेद 243यढ. साधारण निकाय की बैठक संयोजित करना— किसी राज्य का विधान-मंडल, विधि द्वारा, यह उपबंध कर सकेगा कि प्रत्येक सहकारी सोसाइटी के साधारण निकाय की वार्षिक बैठक, ऐसे कारबार का संव्यवहार करने के, जो ऐसी विधि में उपबंधित किया जाए, वित्तीय वर्ष की समाप्ति के छह मास की अवधि के भीतर, संयोजित की जाएगी।

Article 243ZN. Convening of general body meetings— The Legislature of a State may, by law, make provisions that the annual general body meeting of every co-operative society shall be convened within a period of six months of close of the financial year to transact the business as may be provided in such law.
